Maaybe is an app for keeping track of events, venues, and attractions you might want to go to. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it's used.
You sign in with Sign in with Apple. We receive a stable, app-specific identifier from Apple to create your account, and your name and email only if you choose to share them (Apple may provide a private relay email). We use this to maintain your account and sync your data across your devices.
The possibilities you capture — titles, dates, venues, notes, tags, and any flyer photos — are stored on your device and on our servers so they sync across your devices and can be turned into share pages if you choose. If you forward an event email to your personal Maaybe inbox address, we process that message to create a draft for you to review.
We use TelemetryDeck to understand how the app is used in aggregate (for example, that the app was opened or an event was saved). These signals are anonymized and are not linked to your identity. We do not use them to track you, and we do not show ads.
When you create a share link for a possibility, it produces a public web page containing the details you chose to share (such as the title, schedule, venue, and any image). Anyone with the link can view that page. Calendar links to your own possibilities remain private to your account.
We don't sell your personal data, we don't show advertising, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.
Your data is stored on your device and with our hosting provider (Vercel, including its managed Redis and blob storage). Access to your account requires a session token tied to your sign-in.
Deleting a possibility in the app removes it from your account across your devices. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at privacy@maaybe.app and we will remove it.
Maaybe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
